The Morning of Crops
When I was nine, my grandpa, my dad and I were outside, among the rice fields. I remembered the part when I helped harvest full grown crops. My grandpa, kneeling down in his our that we together built back then when I was just a little boy of the age of 7. On a Saturday morning were admiring the breeze that past our faces softly while drinking our favorite tea called chai.
Enclosed is my project that I've been working for the past weeks in art class. I am really proud of what I have done for this project. I what did really well at is that I did a good job on defining space. I did this by placing a horizon line across the page to show that one thing is further than another. If I could change the artwork, I would first look at the people that I did and do it all over, because I think I needed more details on it but overall I like how it is looking. One thing I learned from quilting with paper, or quilting in general is that you really need to plan out your pattern before you do something so you know how it'll work out in your artwork. And this really helps especially for the border out side your core of the art work.
